Vast clean and a neat airport in Delhi. It has clear markings to assist all the passengers. Cleanliness is its best selling point. I had been there almost a decade ago when it was new and now back again today . Was amazed to see how it was well maintained.

One of the cleanest airport in India and world. Nice duty free shops to shop Indian items and foreign brands. Lounges and hotels in terminal 3 to stay during transit in floor 5 which entrance is behind the pharmacy. There are power outlets to charge phones and comfortable couch to rest while charging 👌

it is a world-class travel hub that truly lives up to its international status! The airport impresses with its modern design, cleanliness, and smooth organization. The terminals are spacious, well-lit, and filled with art installations that reflect India's rich culture. One of the standout features is the efficient immigration and security process. Even during peak hours, the lines move quickly, thanks to well-trained staff and streamlined processes. The signage is clear, so finding your gate, baggage claim, or any amenities is straightforward. The Ambience of the airport is very good and the staff's (police persons and other staff) are very helpful and decent. The check in process doesn't take that much time even though the security is very strict.Mr. Aahul from the indigo team was very professional and helpful during the time period of check in.

Really it's huge big. I think it's the largest airport in India.Environment is very nice.but checking counter is so slow as they have to check. All the international gate is very long way from the security check.it will take 20 min on walk towards the last gate 14 .Too much difficult for illiterate person. Even sick. Although there is immigration auto but u won't get it all time...You should leave from your hotel before 4 hours if u are in Apolo side!Otherwise two hours is enough.. thanks everyone

I have recently used the services provided by the T3 International arrivals longe opposite exit gate 6. It offers a very convenient rooms to sleep and sower for 3, 6 and 12 hours. It comes a bit pricy, but overall experience is very good. Free snacks for the rooms users.

Indira Gandhi International Airport: The place where 'efficient' and 'organized' are just words. The security line is a thrilling obstacle course, the food court is a culinary minefield, and the baggage claim carousel seems to have a mind of its own. But hey, at least the airport wifi is fast enough to watch your flight delay updates in real time. And let's not forget the friendly staff who are always happy to help you find your gate... or maybe just point you in the general direction. Overall, a chaotic, hilarious, and surprisingly addictive experience. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good laugh and a touch of insanity.

Coming from the west, crossing some of the reputed international airports, I realized that the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi is far better in terms of beauty, facilities, infrastructure, convenience and security. I struggled to get drinking water at airports like the Frankfurt Airport. But as soon as I arrived at the New Delhi airport, I found the drinking water facility all over, including five in a small stretch of area in the domestic boarding segment.Just look at the pictures I have posted and see how nicely the airport is maintained. The security at the airport looks robust, with physical frisking done diligently by security officials. I was highly impressed to see how dedicated these officials are for the safety and security of such a large number of domestic and international flyers. The airport officials are also very kind and helpful. The lady official at the information section upstairs, opposite to the lift, helped me collect my luggage that I did not do after disembarking from the Lufthansa flight, thinking that it would directly reach Hyderabad. The official who took me back to the baggage collection area was so courteous and respectful. It speaks a lot not just about our culture but professionalism. Thanks to all the officials at the airport for doing such a commendable job 24×7 for countless fliers.

Indira Gandhi International Airport : A Modern Hub with Room for ImprovementIndira Gandhi International Airport's Terminal 3 is a shining example of modern Indian infrastructure. It boasts a sleek design, a wide variety of shops and restaurants, and overall offers a comfortable experience for travelers. However, a few things could be improved to make it truly exceptional. The Positives:* Modern and Spacious: The terminal is expansive and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The check-in process is generally smooth, with self-service kiosks available to expedite things further.* Shopping and Dining: Foodies will be delighted by the vast selection of restaurants and cafes, offering everything from international chains to local specialties. Shopaholics can browse through a variety of stores catering to different needs.* Connectivity: The highlight for many might be the seamless connectivity options. The Delhi Metro directly connects the terminal to the city, and pre-paid taxis are readily available.Areas for Improvement:* Signage and Navigation: While the terminal is large, signage for departure gates or specific facilities could be more prominent, especially after security checks.* Food Court Seating: The food court offers a great variety, but seating can be limited during peak hours. More seating areas would enhance the dining experience.* Efficiency at Times: A few recent reviews mention glitches with the self-checkin kiosks and occasional bottlenecks during security checks. Improved maintenance and manpower allocation could address these issues.Overall:Indira Gandhi International Airport's Terminal 3 is a strong contender for a positive review. It provides a comfortable and modern environment for travelers. However, addressing the minor shortcomings like signage and seating availability would elevate the overall experience.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Things have improved here a lot. The check in process is seamless and quick, the staff speaks English and can guide you through. There’s lots of restaurants, shopping, and cafes though on the pricey end.

⭐⭐⭐⭐Indira Gandhi Airport Terminal 1 in Delhi offers a commendable experience for travelers with its focus on cleanliness, efficient operations, and convenient amenities. The terminal impresses with its well-maintained facilities and seamless exit process, allowing passengers to swiftly navigate their way out upon arrival. One of the standout features of Terminal 1 is the hassle-free access to Ola/Uber pickup points, providing travelers with a convenient and reliable transportation option. This ensures a smooth transition from the airport to their onward destinations. However, it’s worth noting that the presence of private unofficial taxi pickups can sometimes create congestion and inconvenience for passengers, detracting slightly from the overall experience.Despite this minor inconvenience, Terminal 1 at Indira Gandhi Airport remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a streamlined and pleasant airport experience in Delhi. Great AirPort. Prepare to show your boarding pass or ticket information before entering airport. You can only access airport with travel documents. When busy hours, it can take one hour to get through the security check. Best case when traffic is low, you will be through just 20 min. When you are hungry, take second floor food court to enjoy Indian cuisine.

Surprisingly impressed with the airport after deplaning from the aircraft. The carpeted floor makes the feeling of Changi. It's also clean and organized. There are just different immigration checkpoints with different types of visa and passport. The arrival hall is not crowded as it's supposed to. It's so well organized.

Good lounges and a wide variety of restaurants and shopping outlets. Clean and well maintained. Additional decorations and sign boards that keep getting updated each time I came But need to implement in immigration. Very slow in immigration and other things.. I think need to learn from Dubai International Airport. Very fast and quick process.

One of the busiest and biggest airports of Bharat. This serves international flights most frequently. The space wide has a number of gates so that this will be the biggest and quickest of all other airports in India. Proper markings of all signs.

Nice airport. Large choice of food and beverages here. There are some decent food choices. The walk to the gates could take up to 20 minutes, so keep this on mind.We had a quick arrivals and departure experience from immigration, customs and security checks.Recommended…!

The lines are well organised. There's always someone to help you when you need it.The indians are very friendly and serious. The way to the gates is well marked. There's always enough chairs for the guests to sit. It is clean although the carpets look very used and the carpet colours are too dark. If it was a different texture, it would be better.Overall, it was a very rewarding experience.

I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The airport is beautifully designed, reflecting modern architecture combined with traditional Indian elements, making it a visual delight. One of the standout aspects was the cleanliness. Every area, from the check-in counters to the boarding gates, was spotless. The airport staff clearly take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for travelers. The amenities and services available are top-notch. From numerous good café options to shops stocked with everything you might need, they have it all. Navigating through to the boarding gates was made easy with well-placed washrooms at frequent intervals—literally every minute of walking distance. For those who may need extra assistance, the escalators and moving walkways are a huge help. Additionally, the cart services for elderly people or those with mobility issues are efficient and easy to access.Overall, Indira Gandhi International Airport provides a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped environment, ensuring a comfortable travel experience for all.

First time visited India 05/02/2024 at 11.10 pm.As a solo traveler I felt so much exited but also tickling. When i reached immigration, that old officer just talked to me by showing gesture. He saw my passport if i came from Indonesia. Why he didn't know if i dont understand that gesture😩😩😩😩😩Then he said something i heard that is bag not back. The fact he wanted to ask me to step back in that foot step to snap pic 😭😭😭😭I didn't ask his hospitality, but i didn't understand that meaning😮‍💨.When i wanted to go back to my country, any lady officer asked me to remove my boots. But why she didn't tell me in one time not when i was in queue. Because in other airports it was fine when i put my phone, tab, charger etc in my bag. No need to take them out n put in many trays. She should tell all in one time when i should go that queue.Honestly saying, here is so complicated and exhausted. All passport holders should go in same queue.Any officer in luggage checking just sitting, he didn't really care those stuffs go well or not.In checking room, sorry to say. That lady officer's odor was so bad. Please pay attention for this.I was there 25/02/2024 at 9 pm.Free wifi but u have to go wifi spot. Scan your passport. But the screen didnt work properly.Over all this airport has good facilities.
